The idea is simple - you provide us with beautiful items to sell and we do the rest. The following offers a guideline as to our accommodating approach. revogue’s Consignment Agreement
Terms
Once an item is sold, you (the “Seller”) will receive 65% - 75% of the final selling price based on the price at which your item was sold for.
Items Accepted for Consignment
Our world is one of Re/Imagined luxury. As such, we accept only the finest in high-end designer items. We understand there are many fine designers, but our world demands and your items deserve excellence.
Our ideal item is one that has been gently loved, nearly new or perfectly pristine. In any case, please feel free to contact us. We will happily advise you as to whether we can list the item for you. We are here to help and can be reached at +971 4 355 5953, Sunday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on sell@re-vogue.com.
Complimentary Shipping Within the UAE (for more than 3 items)
For the United Arab Emirates, we offer delivery through a shipping company.
Process
1) Our process is a simple one. First, you will submit your item for evaluation. Once submitted, revogue will get back in touch with you, the Seller, within 48 hours as to its Potential Payout (price you will receive).
2) Upon your acceptance of the preliminary offers, you will have the option to drop off and deliver your items, yourself. You may also send them via courier service or request a driver to pick them up.
3) If you choose to send your items by courier, please be sure to read the section below entitled, “Pre-Paid Label for All Emirates”

5) Once Authenticated – Next Steps
Once your items are authenticated, we will send you two offers:
Offer 1 is for Direct Purchase. This offer allows you to receive payment at once before your items have sold. This option presents a quick and easy way to receive value for your items without having to wait until they are sold.
Offer 2 is for Consignment. Upon acceptance of our consignment offer, the image of your item will be captured by a professional photographer and then listed online for resale. You, the Seller, are notified once the item is sold. This option affords you the outstanding opportunity to capture an even greater payout after it is sold. Please note that it takes 7 days to receive payment for Consignment due to our Sale Policy located on the checkout page of the website. As we offer in-house installement plans to our buyers, your item can be sold on installement. If this is the case, your payout will happen at the end of the consignment period.
6) Exceptions
We always appreciate when you submit more than 1 item for sale. This also benefits you as your payout increases the more items you submit and sell. However, if you choose not to sell all the items you submited and we approved, or if you send us less items than the number of items we approved, we reserved the right to change our offers or in some cases not to accept the items anymore.
The reason for that is our ability to accomodate the payouts we initially offered. On Direct Purchase we treat all items as one deal in one basket. By removing some items from the basket this will affect our ability to keep the offers given to you initially.
Consignor’s Representations, Warranties and Indemnification
The consignor hereby warrants to revogue that it has good and marketable title to the products none of which are subject to any liens or other encumbrances and further warrants to Re-Vogue that the products consigned pursuant to this Agreement are not in violation of any trademark, copyright, or other proprietary right of any third party, state or federal law, or administrative regulation. The consignor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Re-Vogue from all damages, suits, litigation, awards and costs, including but not limited to attorney’s fees that may arise out of the display or sale of the products for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to civil or criminal suits over authenticity, legality, ownership, infringement of copyright or trademark or any other claim or litigation.
Authentication
We reserve the right to work with professional authenticators with respect to your items at our discretion. Should an item be deemed inauthentic or the authenticity cannot be conclusively determined, you will be charged a AED 230 fee (per inauthentic item) + shipping cost to cover the authentication expense we incurred. This fee should be paid prior to returning your item. If after 1 month of informing you that your item is inauthentic and in case a payment was not received for our work, we reserve the right to destroy the item.
Should there be items we are unable to sell due to authenticity issues, return shipping is at your expense (AED 100).
Special Sales
As a means to help sell store inventory, we occasionally offer buyers 20% off some of our fixed price merchandise. Promotions such as these have proven to help your items sell and are a valuable method for earning you cash.
Consignment Period
The consignment period shall begin on the date your items are listed with us and will stay online for a period of 3 months. If you have items that remain unsold after three months, it is your responsibility to contact us to arrange their return to you. At the end of the three months, if we do not hear from you, we will relist your items.
We do understand that you wish your item to be sold in a short period of time. This is why we strongly suggest keeping the item with us for a period of 3 months in which we believe your item will sell. If you wish to withdraw your item earlier than the 3 months, there will be a AED 230 fee associated with your withdrawal. In case you decide to not proceed with selling your item, after it has been examined, then the AED 230 will apply. This is not a punishment but we invested time and effort in authenticating, photographing, editing, posting your item and more.
If we send you a driver / courrier to collect your item or deliver it but you were not available, we will attempt the collection / delivery again at no extra cost. If the second attempt fails, there will be a fee of AED 100 to be charged.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, including all attachments, constitutes the entire agreement among the parties to this transaction and replaces any and all prior agreements, communications and representations. No agreements, communications or representations made by any party to this Agreement that are not expressly stated in this Agreement are legally binding.
Severability
If one or more of the provisions of this Agreement shall be declared or held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect in any jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby and any such declaration or holding shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provision(s) in any other jurisdiction.
Headings
Headings used in this Agreement are provided for convenience only and shall not be used to construe meaning or intent.
Counterparts/Electronic Signature
This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. For purposes of this Agreement, use of a facsimile, email, or other electronic medium shall herein command the same force and effect as an original signature.
Amendments
We may change the Agreement from time to time, with or without notice to you and at our sole discretion, and your continued use of any of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement when using this site or our services.
